Test, test and test again…

Testing, testing and more testing has always been a major component in ensuring that your emails look good and are well received. We recognised this a long time ago when we introduced our suite of  testing tools. 

We have released an update to our Inbox Analysis tool today that gives a fresher, cleaner layout with access to all the relevent information in easy to read format. Along with this, we have also have new the screens within the test suite to make them a little easier to use, not that they weren’t already.

Version 6.4 now live

Version 6.4 of email IQ is now on our live servers. Below is a list of changes that we have implemented in this version;

Multiple Account Users.

A completely new module is available that allows all accounts to define multiple users within their account. These users can have either full or restricted access to areas of the application. Each user has their own individual lists, creative and settings. For more information on this feature, please contact your Account Manager.

Improvements to adding Subscribers manually to your Lists.

We have added a new feature that allows the addition of single subscribers without having to import. This feature is available in the same place as the import subscribers.

New Tracking Engine – Phase 1

With the upcoming release of version 7, we have made some changes to the tracking engine that will allow a wider range of statistics and reports to be available in the future.

The new email IQ website and blog..

Things very rarely stand still here at emailiq and we have been working hard on a new website and blog that will allow quicker and easier access to information realting the products and services that we offer.

We are also finishing the testing on version 7 on our software which will only improve the already fantastic solution we can offer you.
